Only the best shoots are selected for the Silver Needle designation. One of the main difficulties in harvesting this variety is that only two days are available in the whole year for hand-picking.
Sun-dried in Fujian Province (1600m altitude) and lined with silk during light maturation.
If you are looking for something special, this is definitely the tea for you. Re-infuse up to 2 more times to fully appreciate the complexity of its flavours.
Infuse at 70c-80c for 3 minutes. We strongly recommend preparing this variety in a glass teapot.
