Red tea is the only variety of tea that actually undergoes fermentation. The rest of the teas undergo some kind of oxidation, depending on the type of tea to be produced. However, Pu-erh red tea is fermented, so it is stored in ideal humidity and temperature conditions for its slow fermentation.
Infuse at 90c for 3-5 minutes.
Prepare it in the best possible way with the Finum filter.
