Only the best leaves are used.incha (unsteamed sencha) leaves from the first days of spring are selected to prepare ceremonial grade Matcha. It is during these days that the leaf is at its most tender and full of nutrients, thus producing a high quality Matcha.
50 g of Ceremonial Matcha is approximately equivalent to 25 Matcha drinks or cups.
