Ingredients: pure black tea from Ceylon (Sri Lanka). Medium strength.
There are several popular tea growing areas in Sri Lanka, such as Dimbula, Kandy, Ruhana, Uva or Ratnapura, but in general all areas produce very good quality teas. Our Ceylon Orange Pekoe comes from the St. James Valley in Uva at an altitude of about 2000m.
Infuse 90c-100c for 3 minutes.
